About Us
The Story of Pratyaksha Agrotech
Pratyaksha Agrotech began its journey in 2014, inside a humble tissue culture laboratory with one belief at its core
when you nurture a plant, you nurture life
Back then, our world revolved around microscopic cells, sterilized glass jars, and the quiet hope that science could change the lives of farmers. We were not just growing tissue culture plants—we were growing purity, trust, and a new beginning for Indian agriculture.
As the years unfolded, the soil taught us more.
Farmers trusted us more.
And our responsibility grew deeper.
We realized that agriculture was not just about inputs or seeds.
It was about ecosystems, climate, livelihoods, biodiversity, and the future of food itself.
And so, Pratyaksha Agrotech evolved from a single lab into a full-stack agritech ecosystem with heart, science, and purpose.
A Journey Rooted in Growth
Today, Pratyaksha Agrotech stands tall on three powerful verticals:
Tissue Culture Plants
Where our story began. Disease-free, genetically pure, high-yield planting materials that give farmers an exceptional foundation.
Phytopharma & Botanicals
Nature’s healing potential—extracted responsibly. We produce herbal actives, essential oils, hydrosols, and botanical ingredients that support wellness industries across India.
Potato Seeds
From tissue culture to G-grade production, we’ve built one of India’s integrated, precision-driven potato seed programs.

Growing With
Farmers
Our greatest pride is our farming community. Over the years, more than 1 lakh farmers have become part of our extended family—trusting us with their crops, livelihoods, and hopes.
We walk with them across the country:

From Punjab’s plains to Mizoram’s hills,
From Jammu’s cold heights to Trichy’s warm fields.
This wide geographical presence gives us unmatched understanding of India’s agricultural diversity—and the courage to innovate for every climate, every soil, every challenge.
Climate-Smart Agriculture & Planet-Positive Commitments
As the world changes, so must the way we grow. Pratyaksha Agrotech is deeply committed to climate-smart agriculture, helping farmers adopt practices that:
- Increase productivity
- Reduce environmental impact
- Improve resilience to climate stress
- Conserve soil and water systems
To us, sustainability is not a concept—
it is a responsibility.
We actively engage in:
Carbon Farming & Carbon Trading Programs
Helping farmers participate in emerging carbon markets and build additional income streams.
Biodiversity Conservation
Protecting native species, encouraging mixed cropping systems, and promoting ecologically harmonious cultivation.
Revival of Heirloom Crops
Reintroducing traditional, nutrient-rich varieties that honor India’s heritage while restoring agricultural biodiversity.
